Booking and Payment
Property bookings require 10% upfront, 80% during layout development, and 10% at registration. Bank loan assistance is available for up to 70% financing. Prices, availability, and offers may change without prior notice.
Legal and Compliance
All properties are legally verified. Clients must independently confirm approvals with official authorities. Dhaksh Properties is a private consultancy and is not affiliated with any government body.
Property Ownership
Ownership of property transfers only after full payment and registration. Dhaksh Properties assists with documentation but is not liable for disputes arising from third-party actions or errors.
